Yesim refunds: check before installing an eSIM

Check device compatibility and the refund conditions before installing. A data-validity timer and the refund policy's definition of activation can start at different events.

Installation can affect refund eligibility. The official policy includes installing the profile in its definition of activation. Waiting to connect abroad does not by itself preserve an unused-plan refund.

The published conditions to check

These are the merchant's published conditions at review, not a refund approval for an individual order. Read the full policy for your product and payment route.

If you bought the wrong plan or device

Before installing, compare the purchased destination and dates with your itinerary and exact device variant. Save the order reference and package description. If they do not fit, contact merchant support before changing the profile's status.

If you have already installed it

Tell support whether the profile was installed, whether a network connection occurred and whether any data was used. Do not describe the plan as unactivated solely because its data timer has not started.

If data does not work

Keep the profile in place while following our connection troubleshooting guide. Capture the error, device model, destination, plan status and the time you first saw the problem. Use the official support route promptly.

Keep the purchase record together

Record the order, quoted price, actual paid currency, coupon result and support response. Keep payment and account details private. Review our installation guide, Morocco price comparison and dated offer record when deciding what to buy next.
